Kloka

Terms of Use

What the service is and what you may do with it. Version 1.0 · August 2026.

What Kloka is

Kloka is an AI-assisted learning platform run as a voluntary teaching pilot. Your lecturer publishes course material on it; Kloka adds AI-generated lessons, quizzes, practice material and a tutor that answers questions grounded in that material.

AI-generated content

Lessons, quizzes, practice sets and tutor replies in Kloka are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. They are teaching aids, not authoritative sources. Where your lecturer has reviewed and published an item, that review is theirs; where content is generated for you on demand, nobody has reviewed it before you. If something looks wrong, use the feedback controls — that is what they are for.

Your account

One account per person, and it is yours alone: do not share your sign-in with anyone. Kloka permits one active sign-in per student account at a time. You may close your account at any time by contacting the administrator.

Acceptable use

Use Kloka for your own learning on the courses you are enrolled in. Do not attempt to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to your course. Accounts that break these terms can be withdrawn from a course or disabled by the administrator.

Your practice is not your grade

Practice runs, tutor conversations and self-generated study material never affect your marks. They exist so the platform can point you at what to practise next.

The pilot

This service is provided as-is during a teaching pilot: it may change, and features may be switched on or off as the pilot learns. Taking part is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time without any effect on your marks or standing.
